Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 08/24/2026 · Last Updated: 08/24/2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Anserd AI, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company d/b/a “Anserly” (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the Anserly voice assistant platform (the “Service”). This Policy applies to Customers who subscribe to the Service and, separately, to Callers whose calls are answered by the Service on a Customer’s behalf. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Customer Account Information. When you create an Anserly account, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information processed by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. 1.2 Caller Information. When a call is forwarded to the Service, we collect and generate information about that call, including the caller’s phone number; a transcript of the conversation between the caller and the Service; any name, callback number, or other details the caller provides during the call; and call metadata, including date, time, duration, and call outcome. Callers reach the Service by calling a Customer’s business number, which the Customer has configured to forward to Anserly. Customers are responsible for ensuring their own use of the Service complies with applicable law regarding notice to their callers. 1.3 Website Information. When you visit anserlyai.com, we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, including through cookies or similar technologies, for site functionality and analytics purposes.

2. Call Recording and Transcription

The Service records and transcribes calls in order to generate call summaries and provide the Service to Customers. Oklahoma law permits recording of a call with the consent of at least one party to the call (“one-party consent”); Company, as a party to the call by virtue of the Service answering it, provides that consent on its own behalf. Customers operating in, or receiving calls from, jurisdictions that require the consent of all parties to a call are solely responsible for providing any additional notice or obtaining any additional consent required by such jurisdictions before routing calls to the Service. Company recommends that Customers disclose, where required, that calls may be answered by an automated system and may be recorded or transcribed.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating call summaries and notifications for Customers; process payments and manage Customer accounts; communicate with Customers about their account or the Service; comply with legal obligations; and detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with AI voice processing and call handling providers, cloud application hosting and database providers, transactional email delivery providers, and payment processing providers in order to operate the Service. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes. We do not sell Customer or Caller information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain call transcripts, call metadata, and related Caller information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service to the Customer, or as required by law. Customers may request deletion of specific call records by contacting us at the address below, subject to any records we are required to retain for legal, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes. Customer account information is retained for the duration of the Customer’s subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

6. SMS Communications

If Customer or Company enables SMS-based notifications as part of the Service, message and data rates may apply. We will obtain appropriate consent before sending SMS communications and will provide opt-out instructions such as replying STOP in accordance with applicable telecommunications regulations. This section will be updated with additional detail once SMS functionality is active.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other state privacy laws, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of certain uses. Customers or Callers located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@anserlyai.com. Customers subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks may request a Data Processing Agreement using the same contact.

8. Data Security

We rely on the security infrastructure of our third-party service providers, each of which maintains its own security program, and we implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards of our own, including least-privilege access controls and encryption of data at rest and in transit where supported by our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the same manner as changes to our Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
